Data requests
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data XpertOS holds about you, or to restrict or object to how we use it. You do not need an XpertOS account to make a request.
How to make a request
Email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@xtremepush.com, or write to Data Protection Officer, Xtremepush Limited, 34-37 Clarendon Street, Dublin, D02 DE61, Ireland. Include:
- your name and the email address you use (or used) with XpertOS;
- the organisation you use XpertOS through, if you know it;
- what you would like us to do — for example "send me a copy of my data" or "delete my account data".
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We respond within one month, and will tell you if we need longer.
If your organisation uses XpertOS to process your data as its customer or employee, it is the controller for that data. We will pass your request to it and help it respond.
Things you can do yourself
- Disconnect Google — in XpertOS under Settings → Data Sources, or remove XpertOS at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Disconnect Slack — an administrator can disconnect it under Settings → Slack, or remove the app in Slack's workspace app management.
- Other services — disconnect them in Settings, or revoke access in that service's own security settings.
Disconnecting stops XpertOS reading from or acting on that service straight away, and deletes the stored access token.
What we do with your request
We keep a record of the request and how we handled it. More detail on what we hold and why is in the Privacy Policy.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
