Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of XpertOS, provided by Xtremepush Limited ("we", "us"). By using XpertOS you agree to them.

1. Your organisation's agreement comes first

XpertOS is provided to organisations under a written agreement with Xtremepush Limited. Your account is created by your organisation, and your use is also governed by that agreement. Where the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account. Your organisation's administrators control who has access and what they can do, and can see an audit log of actions taken. Tell us straight away at info@xtremepush.com if you think your account has been misused.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use XpertOS to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
  • send messages or campaigns to people who have not agreed to receive them, where the law requires consent;
  • attempt to gain access to data, accounts or systems you are not authorised to use;
  • disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its security or usage limits;
  • generate content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell your organisation when we do.

4. AI-generated output

XpertOS uses AI models to produce answers, analysis, content and automated actions. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it or send it to your customers, and for any campaign or action you approve. Automated Xperts and Flows act within the permissions and approval settings your organisation configures.

5. Connected services

When you connect a third-party service such as Google, Slack or Xtremepush, you authorise XpertOS to act on it on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. Your use of that service remains governed by its own terms. You can disconnect a service at any time in Settings.

6. Your content

You and your organisation keep ownership of the content you provide and the output generated for you. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it in order to provide XpertOS. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Our service

We work to keep XpertOS available and secure, and we will change and improve it over time. Except as your organisation's agreement provides, XpertOS is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date below and tell your organisation's administrators about significant changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and, for personal data, the General Data Protection Regulation. Where your organisation's agreement names a different law or jurisdiction, the agreement applies.
